Q: Do you have some references from people who have
purchased furniture from you?
A: Absolutely! Please visit our references

Q: How can you sell your furniture at such a low price?
A: We purchase direct from our manufacturer (located in California) and keep the
overhead to an extreme minimum. By cutting out the middle man and keeping
costs low, we are able to pass the savings on to you, our valued
customer.
Q: How long does it take to get the furniture once the
order is placed?
A: Most orders take 4-6 weeks. As with all custom
furniture, we can not provide our customers with an exact date, only an
estimate. We will keep you informed if we are made aware of any delays in
production (e.g. fabric is back ordered, etc.).
Q: I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?
A: Once the order is paid for, it is submitted to the
factory for production. If production has already begun on your order, we
are not able to accept cancellation. Cancellations will be handled on a
case-by-case basis as circumstances differ. In order for cancellation to
be considered, Comfy Couches must receive the request in writing. Please
confirm that such cancellation requests have been received. We are not
responsible for mail delays, unreceived emails, faxes or phone messages.
Q: What type of warranty do you offer?
A: Our sofa frames (wood frame and innersprings) carry a 10-year
warranty. We take pride in the furniture we sell and are sure you will be
delighted with the quality and comfort. View

Q: Do I have to sign the purchase agreement?
A: Yes. Please review the purchase
agreement. You must sign and return it to Comfy Couches prior to
placing your order (fax: 760-806-9812). You may send an email
confirmation stating your name and that you have read and agree to the
purchase agreement.
Q: Can I order additional slipcovers for my furniture?
A: Yes. You may purchase additional slipcovers at the time
you place your initial order or at a later date. Be sure to keep your
sales receipt for future reference.
Q: Are your sofas comfortable?
A: Yes... they are extremely comfortable. We use 8-guage
zig-zag springs in the frame and 2.0 high density foam with a thick poly
wrap seat cushion. Down channel wrap cushions are also available for
added comfort.
Q: Do you ship out of state?
A: We will ship to the contiguous U.S. states and Canada.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping costs depend on quite a few factors: size,
weight and number of items, in addition to destination. Let us know what
you are interested in and we can provide a personalized shipping estimate
for you.
Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: 7.75% sales tax will be added to all orders being
shipped within California.
