COMFY COUCHES
PURCHASE AGREEMENT
- I understand that I am purchasing
custom wholesale furniture direct from the manufacturer.
- I understand that Comfy
Couches is not affiliated with any retailers that may be mentioned
on this website. Comfy
Couches has a different manufacturer than any said retailers.
- Although we can provide
you with an estimate of when your furniture will arrive at our
warehouse, we can not guarantee that it will arrive by a particular
date.
- The product was
designed and constructed according to the product invoice. Floor
models are purchased "as-is." If the product was not made
exactly according to the invoice or is defective in any way, the
discrepancies must be reported to Comfy Couches within two weeks of
the pickup/delivery date. Every effort will be made to ensure
customer’s complete satisfaction.
- Merchandise is not
considered defective if made according to invoice specifications. In
this case, there will be no refunds or exchanges. Comfy Couches is
not responsible if the furniture does not fit in the intended space.
Please confirm measurements prior to completing your order. Please
review and sign your purchase order to confirm that it is correct.
This includes any modifications to standard sizes (e.g. extra deep
seat cushions, down seat cushions, contrast piping, etc.).
- Once Comfy Couches
receives payment in full (online customers) or a 50% deposit (local
customers), the order will be submitted to the factory for
production. If production has already begun on your order, we are
not able to accept cancellation. Cancellations will be handled on a
case-by-case basis as circumstances differ. In order for
cancellation to be considered, Comfy Couches must receive the
request in writing. Please confirm that such cancellation requests
have been received. We are not responsible for mail delays,
unreceived emails, faxes or phone messages. Cancellations may be subject to a fee
to cover any incurred expenses.
- For out-of-state
orders, do not rely on the color of the fabric depicted on your
computer monitor. Please verify the color and type of fabric by
requesting a fabric swatch prior to finalizing your order. Fabric
dye lots vary - especially with twill, brushed twill and denim
fabrics. The color you receive on your furniture may vary slightly
from the fabric swatch you receive.
- There will be a $20
returned check fee in the event that a check is returned through the
banking system for any reason. In this case, further payments must
be made with cashier's check made payable to Comfy Couches - no
exceptions.
- It is the customer’s
responsibility to pickup merchandise. Merchandise must be picked up
within 3 days of notification unless arrangements are made in
advance with Comfy Couches. Merchandise that is not picked up within
three (3) days of notification may incur a storage fee. (Not
applicable to orders being shipped out-of-state. Arrangements must
be made at time order is placed.)
- Customers who wish to
pay with a credit card must pay in full at the time the order is
placed. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Customer may elect to pay a
50% deposit via credit card, then pay the remaining balance with a
personal or cashier’s check (local customers only).
