COMFY COUCHES PRODUCT WARRANTY
FRAME AND SPRING CONSTRUCTION
Comfy Couches warrants the frame and spring construction to be free of
defects in workmanship and materials for ten years from the date of
purchase. This warranty specifically excludes abuse, neglect or use for
commercial purposes and is non-transferable.
FABRIC
Comfy Couches does not warrant fabric in any way. Fading, pilling,
stretching, shrinking or color fastness is specifically excluded from
this warranty.
SEAT CUSHIONS
Comfy Couches warrants seat cushions for a period of five years, from the
date of purchase, against loss of resiliency. All foam will show
softening through normal daily use and is not considered a defect.
WARRANTY SERVICE
All claims for warranty service must be submitted in writing along with a
copy of the original sales receipt. Any covered repairs will be handled
accordingly.
- It is the
responsibility of the customer to transport the purchased item(s) to
Comfy Couches’ warehouse at his/her own expense.
- Comfy Couches will
provide necessary covered repairs in a reasonable period of time
(normally 4-6 weeks).
- Purchaser must pick up
the item(s) within 5 days notification at the Comfy Couches
warehouse.
- Comfy Couches is not
responsible for any loss of use while an item is being repaired.
Comfy Couches will not loan furniture during this time.
